Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to your first order only.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  1. Digital Goods: This includes Frosted Plan, Chill Plan, Fire Plan, and TV Plans.
  2. Monthly Internet Refills and Subscriptions: This includes all seal subscriptions and internet plans (Frosted Plan, Chill Plan, Fire Plan).
  3. Items Exposed to Non-Livable Conditions: Such as environments with smoking or pests, as these items cannot be resold in their original condition.
  4. Sale Items and Gift Cards: These are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Seal Subscriptions and Monthly Internet Refills are non-refundable.
    By purchasing these services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
  • Chargebacks or Bank Cases: If a chargeback or bank case is filed for internet routers or monthly internet plans, a $25 chargeback fee will be applied. Failure to pay may result in the debt being sent to collections.

Harassment Policy

We do not accept return requests or inquiries in cases involving harassment, including but not limited to:

  • Spam calls, texts, or emails.
  • Threats or abusive communication.

UnlimitedDataServices LLC reserves the right to refuse any return request or item in violation of this policy.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return it according to the guidelines above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
